Saved Filters & Dispatch Improvements:
● Saved filters now retain groupings when saved.
● Dispatch Board now respects the configured start and end hours in Settings.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) Enhancements:
● Item ListID is now saved during Get Item List, resolving sub-item and item name change issues during invoice export.
Appointment setting update:
If “Show Work Order Revenue” is unchecked, SSC will:
● Not create a draft invoice, or
● Not insert invoice items into an existing draft invoice.
Work Orders & Invoicing:
● Fixed issue where Work Order invoice style was not defaulting from the customer record when created from the customer screen.
● Added ability to copy a Work Order into a Quote (released later on 2/11).
Fillable Forms & Equipment:
● Serviced Equipment History fields now work properly with fillable forms in the web app.
● Fixed issue where appointment fields were not populating in fillable forms.
● Mail merge date and datetime fields now properly display formatted date/datetime values.
ChatGPT Integration Updates:
● Increased supported ChatGPT API key size.
● Updated ChatGPT API integration.
● Added ChatGPT model setting (released 2/5):
○ Users can enter the model supported by their plan.
○ Defaults to gpt-5-mini if left blank.
Marketing Module Enhancements:
The Marketing section has been significantly improved:
Marketing now displays:
● Inquiries
● Leads
● Opportunities
○ Added ability to create custom lead stages.
○ Multi-select option allows updating multiple inquiry stages at once.
Stage summaries now display:
● At the top of the screen
● In the side panel of Leads and Opportunities
○ Updated stage names and display behavior for better consistency across Inquiries, Leads, and Opportunities.

● Payments exported to QBO now include the Payment Memo field from SSC.
Appointments & Locations:
● Fixed error in Appointment Suggestion screen when service address lat/long fields contained empty strings.
● Fixed issue where Locations would not display after navigating from a Location to the Parent Customer and back to the Locations tab.
Email & Attachments:
● Fixed issue where emailed attachments were missing the correct file extension.
Work Order Enhancement:
● Added option to copy a Work Order into a Quote.

● Fixed issue loading custom filters from the Work Orders grid.

● Improved Insight Pulse Performance:
Extended the timeout setting within Insight Pulse to support longer processing times and reduce interruptions.
● Expanded Contact Information in Calls Grid:
Added alternate phone number and email fields to the calls grid for improved visibility and communication efficiency.
● Service Agreement PO Field Added:
A Purchase Order (PO) field has been added to the Service Agreement screen. When a Service Agreement invoice is created, the PO number will now automatically populate on the invoice for improved billing accuracy.
Fixes
● PO Number Defaulting Issue Resolved:
Fixed an issue where the PO number was not defaulting as expected.
● Custom Filter Username Issue Resolved:
Addressed an issue where applying a custom filter would fail if the username contained non-alphanumeric characters.
● Appointment Grid Filtering Corrected:
Fixed an issue within the customer screen appointment grid where applying a filter displayed appointments not associated with the selected customer record.
● Payment Processing Update:
Removed the credit card expiration year 2025 from payment processing screens to prevent selection errors.
