Enhanced Serviced Equipment functionality within the Equipment Management System. This feature streamlines how users track, manage, and document serviced equipment directly from the smart service desktop and mobile platforms.

Users can now:

● Set up and track equipment types and groups—including up to 12 user-definable fields (UDFs)—linked to customers and locations.

● Mark equipment as serviced within a work order’s Equipment tab using the new “Service Today” option, with the ability to add notes and update UDFs for the service history record.

● Access integrated service history from the customer record, now featuring a dedicated Service History tab.

● Attach service equipment history to quotes, work orders, or invoices, and optionally include a separate service equipment report PDF when emailing invoices.

● Purchase Orders: When creating a Purchase Order (PO) from a Work Order, all Inventory and Non-inventory Items must be linked to a vendor. Items not associated with a vendor will trigger an error message stating: "The following items do not have a vendor set up in the item list:" followed by a list of the specific items.

● Invoice Printing: Resolved an issue where invoice addresses did not display correctly when printing multiple invoices at once. (Bug 10464)

Time punches that extend past midnight will now automatically split into two separate time punch records. For example, if an appointment starts at 11:00 PM and ends at 1:00 AM, the system will record two time punches to accurately reflect work across calendar days.

Enhancements have been made to CardConnect credit card processing. Level 2 and Level 3 transaction data will now be included automatically when the payment amount matches the invoice total, helping ensure more accurate data transmission and potentially improved processing rates.

● Customer Name in Text Message Summary: Added full customer name to the text
message summary screen. Users can now view and search by full name.

● Dispatch Board Fix: Resolved issue with duplicate work order durations appearing.

● Customer Portal Access Fixes: Addressed issue preventing the portal from opening
when required fields were not filled in. Also fixed the “Send Work Order” button issue
related to required fields. (Bug 10483)

● Default Form Fix: Corrected issue where the company’s work order default form did not
apply correctly when sending work orders. (Bug 10481)

● Customer Phone Display: Primary, alternate, and mobile phone numbers now display
on the Calls grid.

● Work Order Date Logic: The printed date on work orders will now show the next
service date if available; otherwise, it defaults to the original date.

● QuickBooks Desktop AR Account Defaults: AR Account on quotes, work orders, and
invoices now defaults from the company's settings when a company is selected.
Enhances consistency with QBD integration.

QBD Integration Enhancements: Improvements made for better compatibility with
QuickBooks Desktop.

● Invoice Print Fix: Addressed issue where amounts were missing when printing
invoices, quotes, or work orders directly from the grid.

● Bulk Work Order Duplication: Added functionality to duplicate work orders multiple
times using a comma-separated list of descriptions.

● Address Block Enhancements: Introduced two new address fields: Prefix Line 1 and
2 for service and billing addresses. If left blank, the system defaults to displaying
company and customer name. Future updates will include QBO integration for prefix
lines in invoices.

● Decimal Rounding Fix: Standardized rounding to two decimal places across work
orders, quotes, invoices, and service agreements.

● Portal Restrictions: Disabled duplication of invoices/quotes and finalizing invoices
within the customer portal.

● CardConnect Payment Decline Details: Added explanation details when payments are
declined.

● ACH Payment Enhancements: Included customer name in ACH processing.

● New Draft Invoice Style: Added a new item format: Scheduled Date - Work Order # -
Item Description

● Bundle Logic Fixes:

● Sales Tax Restrictions (QBD): Users can no longer manually edit sales tax when using
QuickBooks Desktop. Sales tax must now sync from QBD.

● Bundles Feature Expansion: Continued rollout of “Bundles” (formerly Group Items) to
match QBO terminology.

● Accounting Platform Settings: New Accounting Platform option added to System
Settings. Only databases marked with QuickBooks Online will display the QBO export

○ Improved logic for status changes and syncing across iOS and web.

○ Removed batch edit sales tax option.

○ Fixed recurrence pattern and attachment-related issues.

● New Labor Item Option: Labor items can auto-adjust quantity based on time punches
when WO is marked Completed.
