New Rollup Appointment Time Punch Fields
Added the following fields to the RollupAppointmentTimePunches dataset:

Insight Feed Dataset Expansion
All Rollup views are now available for Insight Feeds, providing additional reporting and automation options.
Create Unassigned Appointments with Minimal Requirements
Users can now create new Work Orders and Quotes with unassigned appointments by entering only the appointment start and end dates.
Save and Open Work Order
Added a new Save and Open Work Order button when creating a Work Order from Mission Control or the Dispatch Board, allowing users to immediately open and continue working on the newly created record.
Fixes
● Fixed an issue that could cause grouping problems within Insight Feeds.
● Disabled the Show Work Order Revenue option when batch editing appointments.
● Fixed revenue totals in Mission Control when appointments were configured with Show Work Order Revenue enabled.

New Feature: Custom Prompts in The Oracle
The Oracle now allows users to save custom prompts for each dataset.
Users can:
● Generate prompts from existing reports using AI.
● Save prompts directly to a dataset.
● Reuse prompts for future analysis and reporting.
This makes it easier to standardize reporting workflows and quickly generate insights from frequently used datasets.
New Feature: Invoice Designer
A new Invoice Designer has been added, allowing users to customize invoice templates used in email notifications.
How It Works
● Invoice templates can be configured by Invoice Type.
● The standard invoice template is located on the Invoice Types screen.
● If an Invoice Type does not have a custom template, the standard template will be used.
Creating a Custom Invoice Template
1. Open an Invoice Type.
2. Select Invoice Designer.
3. Customize the layout and displayed information.
4. Save the template.
Available content includes:
● Work Orders
● Appointments
● Equipment
● Service Equipment
Emailing HTML Invoices
To include the invoice directly within an email notification, add the following merge field to the email body:
{InvoiceHTML}
The invoice will be rendered as HTML and embedded directly into the email.
New Feature: Email Customer Statements
A new Send Statement email template has been added to Email Text Templates.
The template includes the merge field:
{StatementHTML}
When used, the customer's statement is generated and embedded directly into the email.
Sending Statements
Users can:
1. Select records from the Customer, Work Order, Quote, Invoice, or Service Agreement grids.
2. Choose Send Email.
3. Select the Send Statement template.
The statement will be emailed directly to the customer.

Enhancement: Email Invoices Using Invoice Designer Templates
Invoice HTML can now be embedded directly into email templates.
A new Send Invoice email template has been added.
Supported merge fields include:
● {InvoiceHTML}
● {StatementHTML}
This enhancement allows users to send one or multiple invoices directly from grid views while displaying the fully formatted invoice within the email body.
Enhancement: Oracle Favorites
Users can now mark datasets as favorites within The Oracle.
Favorite datasets can be quickly identified and accessed, helping users streamline their reporting workflows.
Enhancement: Oracle Requery
Added the ability to requery a dataset directly from The Oracle.
Users can hover over a dataset and refresh the latest data without having to manually recreate or rerun reports.

Fixes
Invoice Service Address
Fixed an issue where the incorrect service address was displayed when the Invoice Bill-To Style was set to Parent Customer.
The system will now correctly pull the service address from the associated Work Order rather than the parent customer record.
This ensures invoices display the proper service location information.

We're excited to share several new enhancements and improvements designed to increase flexibility, improve scheduling accuracy, and streamline your workflow.
New Features & Enhancements
Insight Feeds: 25th of Month Schedule Option
● A new scheduling option has been added for Insight Feeds, allowing reports and feeds to be generated on the 25th of each month.
QuickBooks Online Class Import
● A new Get Classes List function is now available in System Settings. This feature allows you to import your class list directly from QuickBooks Online, helping keep your data synchronized and reducing manual entry.
Expanded Notes Capacity
● Work Order, Quote, Appointment, and Invoice notes now support more than 4,000 characters, providing additional space for detailed documentation and communication.
Mission Control Route Optimization Enhancements
Appointment Window Optimization
● Mission Control now respects appointment windows during route optimization. For example, if an appointment is scheduled with a window of 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, optimization will ensure the appointment remains within that designated timeframe.
Google Route Optimization
A new Google Optimization option has been added to Mission Control.
● When enabled, route optimization uses real-world driving times through the Google Maps API to create more accurate schedules and routes.
This differs from the existing Haversine optimization method, which calculates routes using straight-line distances between appointment locations based on latitude and longitude coordinates.
Work Order Designer Now Available
The new Work Order Designer is now available and supports customization by Work Order Type.
Default Templates
Default work order templates can now be modified directly from the Work Order Types grid.
Custom Templates by Work Order Type
If you need a unique template for a specific work order type, open a work order and launch the Work Order Designer to create and manage a dedicated template.
Email and Notification Support
Work order templates can now be included in email templates and notifications using the following merge field:
{WorkOrderHTML}
This merge field inserts the rendered work order template directly into the email or notification.
Work Order HTML Display Fix
Fixed an issue with Work Order HTML rendering. Work order templates generated using {WorkOrderHTML} will now display only active work order items, preventing inactive items from appearing in customer-facing documents and communications.
HTML Email Template Preview
Email templates that contain HTML will now display a rendered preview directly within the Email Template page.
If you need to edit the underlying HTML, simply double-click the Body field to access and modify the HTML source.
These updates continue to improve scheduling accuracy, document customization, and communication capabilities throughout the platform.

We're excited to introduce several new enhancements designed to improve scheduling, document management, and route optimization.
Service Agreement Appointment Association:
Appointments added to a work order that is linked to a Service Agreement will now automatically be associated with that Service Agreement. This makes it easy to view all related appointments directly from the Appointments tab within the Service Agreement.
New Quote Designer:
A new Quote Designer is now available, providing a more flexible and modern experience for creating professional quotes.
Enhanced Document Preview, Printing & PDF Saving:
We've introduced a new HTML-based document preview experience for Invoices, Quotes, and Work Orders.
What's New:
● Preview documents before printing.
● Print directly from the preview window.
● Save documents as PDF using your browser's built-in print functionality.
As part of this update:
● The Export to PDF button has been replaced with a Preview button.
● Print Preview is also available directly from document grids.
● Existing PDF-related options remain available within the grid.
Printing & Saving as PDF:
1. Open the document using Preview.
2. Press Ctrl + P (or Cmd + P on macOS) to open your browser's print dialog.
3. Choose to print to your preferred printer or select Save as PDF.
4. For a cleaner output, uncheck Headers and footers in your browser's print settings to remove the timestamp and browser information.
Mission Control Night Vision – Best Route Scheduling
Mission Control Night Vision now includes a new Best Route option when searching for available schedule openings.
Previously, the scheduler returned all available appointment slots. With Best Route, the system intelligently identifies the appointment slot that minimizes travel distance by selecting the closest location between the technician's previous stop and next scheduled stop, helping improve route efficiency and reduce travel time.

Fixed an issue with print preview in dark mode for invoices, quotes and work orders.
